Our Stylist are required to attend our one year boot camp for hair dressers before they can perform services on clients. The salon has a friendly vibe including a few amenities not found at any other shops such as: live Dj’s, internet lounge, and a full service bar.

Esoterica has the opportunity to boost the new image of Sebastian by presenting the new products as the professional to our peers. Esoterica is viewed as one of the most fashion forward salons in DFW by our industry and the public. With the marketing, education, and technology that Sebastian offers, Esoterica will be able to infuse the new image and educate the client. With Sebastian Ale was able to go the NYC and participate in "What goes around comes around" 15th anniversary party at the Hudson Terrace with Black book magazine. He also did hair for Charlotte Ronson's Fashion show in Bryant Park.

In August Ale was also featured in the Black book magazine as a Sebastian fashion visionary and published one of his quotes.

ALEJANDRO BONILLA

Ale Bonilla is the hairdresser that helps defining individuals express themselves with unmistakable style.

Fort Worth native Ale is the founder and owner of Esoterica Studios Inc (www.esotericastudiosinc.com), the reason you don’t have to hop a plane to New York or Los Angeles to be on the cutting edge of fashion.

The first of its kind in the Lone Star state, Esoterica is part lounge, part salon, and 100 percent Salounge.

After spending more than five years as an educator for Toni & Guy and as a top stylist with Christopher Walker Salon, Ale learned from the best and he knows what it takes to make clients spread the word about his definitive salons and his own brand of service.

A CAREER HAIRDRESSER

Ale’s roots as a stylist go way back to when, as an ambitious eighth grader, he bought a set of electric clippers, charged some poor bastard $2, and gave him a haircut that was as short, shocking, and rock-n-roll as anything ever recorded by The Ramones. Ale continued styling hair throughout high school and college for extra money and enjoyed the social aspect of the hair industry. In 2000, he decided to go the cosmetology school and pursue a career of his passion.

THE LIFE STYLIST

Many years later, Ale’s reputation as a stylist in high demand is growing by the day. The Fort Worth Weekly calls him a “nightlife impresario” because of his sold-out fashion show parties and because of Esoterica’s own unique vibe: “I’d rather spend a night out at his Fort Worth salon than 75 percent of the clubs in town,” the Weekly writes.

Whether he’s running the lounge on the weekends, styling his own clients, educating Esoterica’s more than 16 full-time hair dressers, or assisting the area’s top designers in runway shows and fashion events, Ale knows a serious stylist doesn’t clock out or leave his work at the shop.

“To me, this isn’t a job. It’s a lifestyle,” Ale says. “When you come to Esoterica, we will make you look good, feel good, and we’ll all have a blast in the process. Come in a musician and we will make you a rock star.”
